Your first visit begins with a comprehensive skin consultation. We discuss your goals, assess your skin, and build a personalised plan, with transparent pricing shared upfront. There's no obligation to proceed, and no credit card is required to book.

How should I prepare for my treatment?
Preparation varies by treatment. After booking, we'll provide specific pre-care instructions. Please disclose any medical conditions, medications, or skin sensitivities at the time of booking.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Cherry financing and CareCredit are both accepted. All costs and plan terms are disclosed in full before you commit to anything. No hidden fees.
Are your devices and providers licensed?
Yes. All laser procedures use only FDA-cleared devices. Our laser technicians are certified and our injectors are licensed nurse practitioners with specialised aesthetic training.
Where are you located and is there parking?
We're located at 6310 San Vicente Blvd, Suite 325, Los Angeles, CA 90048, in the Carthay Circle area on the west side. We're on the third floor. Street parking is available nearby on San Vicente Blvd, plus there is a structured parking lot on Commodore Sloat Dr.
What is your cancelation and refund policy?
A $100 booking fee is required to reserve your spot. This applies toward your service cost. Cancellations or reschedules require 24 hours notice to avoid a $100 fee.
Booking fees, deposits and package payments are non-refundable and must be used within one month of purchasing.
